Since its founding in the 1840s, the Farrington’s Grove neighborhood has been a jewel in Terre Haute, Indiana, boasting historic and architectural landmarks as well as a vibrant and diverse community. Farrington’s Grove Historical District, Inc., seeks to ensure that the neighborhood will remain an inviting place to live for decades to come.

  • guide the growth within the district

  • limit uses that are not compatible with preservation of the district

  • strengthen controls that will lead to improvement of design and rehabilitation of structure and sites
